My Approach

Using a trauma informed lens and person-centered approach to meet clients where they are. Preferring an eclectic approach and drawing from a variety of modalities including: solution focused and narrative therapy, Each client is unique and may benefit from a focus on one modality or a blend. I believe that healing begins once people feel truly heard, seen, and validated.
